How did you meet and what’s the story behind your and name?
We were both lost and we kind of became found through each other. I think the sound, and spelling of the word “blond” is beautiful, and it was easy as that.
How would you describe your music?
Thematic, moody. Honest.
What have you been up to so far and what can we expect over the coming months?
Well, the LP is out on August 7th, worldwide. We’ll be doing the Brooklyn, Sweden festival in Stockholm with Cults, The Hold Steady, Blonde Redhead and alot of other amazing acts. Then we’ll be going on a lot of tours.
If you could duet with anybody who would it be and why?
Frank Ocean and Connor Oberst because they’re both brilliant. Though we do like dueting with each other.
What’s your desert island disc and why would you take this one album?
The White Album.
