How did you meet and what’s the story behind your band name?
We met at school. We are all in year 10. Our name came about during a rather boring Spanish lesson, we felt it was a good British name.
How would you describe your music?
Upbeat indie folk.
What have you been up to so far and what can we expect over the coming months?
We’ve been gigging a lot this year so far just gaining new experiences. We’ve loved Cambridge Folk Festival and learnt so much from other artists playing in the Club Tent and Den. Over the next year we hope to gig as much as we can and get booked for more festivals.
If you could duet with anybody who would it be and why?
Ben Howard. We think his style is awesome and his music is so good.
What’s your desert island disc and why would you take this one album?
As a band we couldn’t choose one particular album, but ones we would take would be Sigh No More by Mumford and Sons, Fat of the Land by Prodigy, Homework by Daft Punk and Awesome Wave by Alt J.
