Madonna Sued By Russian Government

The Russian government are set to sue Madonna for promoting gay rights on her MDNA tour. The Express Yourself singer handed out wristbands supporting an anti-homophobia message. Russia has recently banned any promotion of the “gay lifestyle” and subsequently the singer is being sued.

Album News

Blink 182 are set to release a new EP in time for Christmas.

Drew McConnell, the bassist with Babyshambles is set to release a solo album.

Radiohead’s Thom Yorke has released album details of his side project Atoms For Peace. The nine track album is due to be released in 2013 and will be titled AMOK.

Delphic will be releasing a new album called Collections on January 28th 2013.

The Civil Wars Hiatus

The Civil Wars have cancelled the remaining dates on their current tour. They have reported this being due to “internal discord and irreconcilable differences of ambition” via their Facebook page. The continuation of the band has been called into question however the band has stated that they will return in 2013 with new music. What do you think MTTM readers? Jessie J Concert Killer Jailed

Ashley Charles, the man accused of killing Philip Sherriff at a Jessie J concert has been sentenced to 14 years imprisonment. The crime took place in Pulse nightclub in London.
