A dog was found wandering the Glastonbury site long after the festival had finished. The dog, which has since been sent to a shelter, has been named Dolly after Dolly Parton. It has since been reported that the country singer will adopt the dog if its owners do not come and claim it.

Paul McCartney has resumed his touring after having to pull gigs due to poor health earlier in the year. The gigs that McCartney missed have been rescheduled for October.

The London based festival Camden Crawl has gone into liquidation. In an emailed statement issued to Music Week, the festival founder Lisa Paulon said: “Please be aware that unfortunately Crawl Promotion Limited T/A Camden Crawl is experiencing financial difficulty. It is with great regret that the Board has decided that there is no option but to place the Company into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation.”
