What We Do

MTTM is a collective of women music writers and photographers. Founded in early 2010, it has now accepted work from over 70 contributors across the UK, Ireland and further afield. Throughout this time its purpose has remained the same – to create a safe space for women to get interested and involved in the heavily male dominated industry of music journalism.

We don’t offer a feminist critique of music, nor do we only cover women musicians. Our contributors are free to write about or photograph anything that interests them without an underlying theme or agenda. The only differentiating factor is that they will be edited and supported by other women.
